In these times of profound transformation, more and more people are experiencing feeling overwhelmed. This can be acted out through a divisive focus (emotion & projection) as rejection & struggle, or through a connecting and inclusive focus (feeling & introspection) as curiosity.

Curiosity is a thirst for adventure; it requires unwavering trust and a willingness to let go of the familiar and embrace entirely new experiences. This thirst for adventure is accompanied by a sense of new beginnings and evokes a feeling of happiness.

The secret of happiness is freedom – the secret of freedom, however, is courage.

When happiness is sought in external freedom, the opposite often happens: we encounter numerous obstacles. The outside world becomes risky. Many decisions lie ahead. These obstacles contain messages like "become still and look inward." Within lies the home of certainty, wisdom, and our innate sense of direction. Therein lies the source of courage, the courage that truly matters. SONQO calls this courage not "courage," but "COEUR_age."
