Almost all of them look brown: the classic breakfast drinks. Whether black tea, coffee, hot chocolate or cacao. However, they activate completely different processes in the body.
If black tea steeps for a long time, it has a constipating effect; if steeped for a short time, it has a laxative effect on the intestines. Coffee also stimulates bowel function and activates the desire for action. Hot chocolate pleases the palate, supports feelings of happiness, and increases the craving for more sweets. Cacao initially triggers the palate with bitterness. In this way, it connects us mentally with our gut feeling. It encourages us to be calm and to listen carefully to our intuition. We are thus faced with a difficult choice: which qualities will we bring with us as we transition from the moonlight into the sunlight of the fresh day? No choice is better than another. And with a conscious decision, we give the day a clear purpose right from the start.
In daylight, we primarily experience the material world and emotions. The sun represents the power of emotions. The moon absorbs this light and reflects it as FEELING. Thus, sunrise is, among other things, an important moment in the transition from feeling to experiencing emotions. With what intention do I go into "illuminating" my inner emotions at sunrise? The clarity of intention is crucial in determining how intensely I experience emotions and whether I can transform them into feelings.
