HEALING NUMBER 13
Share
In the alleyway "Calle Hatunrumiyoc" in Cusco, Peru, you can see the impressive stone wall (see picture). At its center is a massive stone, roughly the size of an adult. What makes it special is that it has twelve sides. The number twelve symbolizes stable structures, like those the Incas built with their imposing structures. Within natural cycles, the number also represents the full hour or an entire year.
The number 13 symbolizes the beginning of something new. It is feminine and represents something completely new, something our human minds cannot conceive. It stands for what we can receive seemingly "out of the blue"—provided we are receptive.
Three years ago, on Friday, March 13, 2020, the lockdown began, along with a major collective transformation. Yesterday was another Friday the 13th. Popular belief holds this combination against it – why should it bring bad luck?
Fridays traditionally herald the weekend, a time to break free from all obligations, breathe deeply, and unwind. This allows us to start the next week feeling refreshed and confident after a relaxing weekend. If a Friday also happens to be the 13th of the month, it heralds a particularly powerful weekend – a mental transition into entirely new possibilities.
In this spirit, SONQO offers various opportunities to participate , so that you don't await the unimaginably new with fear, but rather receive it with an open heart – we warmly welcome you!
