IN HARMONY

Looking out at the sea, we see waves coming and going. Clinging to one of these waves is understandably impossible. The same is true of thoughts: they come and go. As soon as we cling to a thought, we create an idea, a concept, or a method. This applies equally to romantically beautiful, constructive thoughts as well as destructive ones.

If we focus on the external world without first being well connected to our inner world, we create attachment to the external world. We cling to the external world because we unconsciously know that it is transient. Fears arise from this unconscious relationship with the external world.

However, focusing on the inner world does not mean naively turning away from the outer world, ignoring it, and fleeing into an inner paradise.

Focusing on the inner world involves the active practice of being aware of one's own complexity, surrendering to the sensation and feeling of the heart atmosphere present in the current moment, free from thoughts:

FIRST in the coherence of the heart to all other organs and the entire physical body (harmony in physical existence)

SECONDLY, in the coherence of the heart regarding current hormonal processes (harmony in social connections and of all humanity as a unit)

THIRDLY in the coherence of the heart to breath (harmony in the ecological connection of the entire cosmos).

When harmony is felt on all three planes of existence, we can make clear, constructive decisions in the external world and act with vitality. However, life always responds with change and seeks to keep us alive. Thus, it continually brings us new disharmonies. If disharmony is felt on one of the three planes of existence, then a change of direction in our decisions is necessary to restore harmony to this trinity. We experience this unity as the free flow of love. Peruvian cosmology calls this MUNAY.

And so, we wisely allow ourselves to be guided by our inner GPS – the trinity of our heart coherence – from our so-called center, unmistakably, via MUNAY, into the outer world. We connect the inner and outer worlds with intrinsic thought and action – this is truly practiced mindfulness integrated into daily life.

Let your heart, with its multifaceted coherence, take the lead. SONQO means HEART in Quechua: In this spirit, we offer free live streams to practice heart coherence together – welcome!
