The "Indian Summer" is once again spoiling us with its golden warmth this year. It's a delight to be in direct contact with the sun, nourishing skin, hair, and cells with its light.
The sun nourishes us from the vast cosmos, much like an embryo is nurtured in the womb. This allows the embryo to grow and thrive. But the sun not only nourishes us, it also teaches us mental strength; sometimes it is not visible or warming us. Then it shows us that we should not become dependent on its direct presence. When it is invisible, we can gain deep trust in the invisible dimensions of our existence – a primal trust in our own mental strength.
The sun reminds us that we can lie motionless in bed at night in the darkness, yet still orbit its luminous center at 100,000 km/h. In mental connection with the sun, we are constantly in motion. Life means movement. If we remain constructively connected to the sun, we are nourished mentally.
Most of the world's traded cacao is dried in industrial machines. Pachamama cacao is still traditionally dried directly in the sun.
In the MUNAY MEDITION Let us cleanse all the fundamental connections of our existence (sun, moon, stars, earth, parents, family, … humanity, … all sentient beings) from worldly stories so that we can experience constructively nourishing and freely flowing love through all levels – what we experience through Munay Meditation is the natural existence in love.
There are many situations in everyday life that disrupt, impair, challenge, etc. this flow of love. And that makes it all the more important to repeatedly surrender to the nourishing source – this freely flowing stream.
