What good are luxury goods and prestige if they lead to resource scarcity, power struggles, and turn the very foundations of life for all living beings into a self-centered distribution problem for the human species? Cyclical nature is constantly governed by the alchemical principle of dissolving and binding. The Pachamama Cacao farmers' collective, which will soon begin its 2024 cacao harvest, operates in the same natural way: When the Peruvian farming collective extracts the beans from the fruit, they immediately reconnect the precious kernels with the most primal power of all – the sun. The 40 farming families ferment the beans naturally under the open sky, basking in the warmth of the sun. When humans produce natural products, they must intervene in nature and separate a part of it. However, through skillful ingenuity, they reconnect this separated element with pure natural power, and then the chances are good that a high-quality premium product will result.
HEART POWER
Just as cacao is connected to the power of the sun, so too does a single raindrop always seek connection with the stream, the river, and the current in order to flow towards the vast ocean. Similarly, constructive communication is always oriented towards the connecting center, towards the power of our hearts. From this connecting focus, everything that springs from holistic, forward-looking wisdom and is of noble human beauty originates.
