What are Pachamama Day and Pachamama Raymi?

August is the time of Pachamama – the great Mother Earth, who nourishes and protects us, and reminds us of our deepest connection with the cosmos.

That is why indigenous cultures worldwide celebrate Pachamama Day on August 1st. In addition, festivals are held throughout the month in honor of the great Mother Earth.

Pachamama Day in the Garden of Love

In the beautiful Garden of Love in Sevelen SG, we will celebrate a grand festival for Pachamama together. Our hosts are Ursina and Walter B. Probst, who have been tending and caring for the garden for many years.


We will be in the garden and in the yurt. There will be a cacao ceremony, meditation, sound healing, a gratitude ceremony, and much more. The event is donation-based. A recommended donation is CHF/EUR 85. Overnight stay is possible.
