SONQO is revealing a big secret today. Do you want to know? – Read to the end…
Are you still just living, or are you already loving? What makes the difference? In everyday life, the tension between these two most fundamental activities is often enormous.
From birth to death, we breathe in and out incessantly. But what if we run out of air? Then our linear timeline ends; at least, that's what the mind thinks. The heart is just as directly connected to the breath. However, the heart doesn't know the focus of linear time. It feels in time without time – in an eternity.
Breathing is connected to both the mind and the heart.
While the mind is quickly alarmed by the holding of breath fullness and emptiness, urging us to gasp for air, the heart's power expands even further into the wholeness of all existing bodies (body, mind and soul) during the breath fullness and emptiness.
If we don't sufficiently relax our minds, they will constantly interfere with us during breathing exercises, both in the fullness and the emptiness, acting anxiously, strategically, and manipulatively, staging a struggle for survival. This focuses our mental existence on separation: this illusion of separation happens to us daily, making it all the more important to remember that we are one humanity in a shared world and living beings in a shared universe.
However, if we consciously relax our minds first through calm and long breaths, we can increasingly focus our mental attention on our connecting heart power during the fullness and emptiness of our breath.
What is the power of the heart? – A big question!
Perhaps the power of the heart can be simply described as L (i) EBEN. In moments when we are mentally free from lack, fear, strategy, and manipulation—that is, free from emotional reactions to the external world—then we can allow the L (i) EBEN POWER to flow freely through the heart.
Inhaling and receiving unconditional love
and exhale, give unconditional love:

the peaceful Munay breathing. sonqo.events
The mind wants to GIVE and in return to RECEIVE. The heart RECEIVES without preconceptions and GIVES without strategy or intentions. In a Cacao Ceremony or Cacao Celebration by SONQO, this peaceful Munay breathing is therefore the foundation for practicing heart opening with Pachamama Cacao.
