Human nature is always ONE-oriented: With the separating and sorting focus of emotions and strategic reason, man constantly creates the uniquely existing individual, but also subgroups such as nations or other bubbles.

With the unifying focus of heart power, man also aligns himself in a ONE-oriented way, but towards the unity within ONE humanity, ONE cosmos, with ONE consciousness and as part of ONE inseparably cooperating living space.

To be aligned with oneness from the heart, that is our true nature. That is why all sentient beings share a common orientation towards the balm for the soul that sunlight bestows upon us.

When a baby comes out of the mother's womb and the connecting umbilical cord is cut, it is equally helpful for the nervous systems of both child and mother if bonding can take place immediately through warming skin contact.

Every afternoon, as babies, our mother would place us in our pram under a tree. By watching the leaves dance, we developed a focus on the light. Week after week, we learned to be content without our mother for extended periods, while simultaneously strengthening our fundamental trust in the greater interconnectedness of light. (Aline, co-founder of SONQO)

The same process is used when the cacao pods are currently harvested and separated from the tree in Peru. For this delicacy to achieve premium quality, it is incredibly important that the beans first reconnect to their original state through exposure to natural sunlight. Therefore, the cacao beans are placed in intensive contact with the sun, fermented outdoors, and then sun-dried.

Light, luminous moments, and lightness connect us to the nature of oneness. This alignment with the light also includes 100% authentic and consistently inclusive communication in speech and action. The effort to dedicate oneself to an inclusive culture with devotion, humility, and gratitude is rewarded with confidence and an atmosphere of love.

Diversity and high complexity are indicators of great quality in an inclusive culture, because the more difference (e.g., other community-oriented constructive opinions) is respectfully accepted, the more diversity, opportunities, and therefore stability are present.

The single-minded focus on individual uniqueness is also very important!

How can one feel unique in the unity of all PRESENT and thus GIFT What happens when one doesn't know or respect one's personal qualities? The individually divisive focus only becomes destructive when, as egocentrism, it creates hierarchies and exclusions that ultimately reduce possibilities within the unity and thus weaken the agility of all involved as an important form of stability.

In many cultures, the color yellow is associated with gold and the sun. From a mental perspective, yellow symbolizes a vast horizon that connects the entire cosmos.

In Tibet, for example, only highly learned masters wear yellow robes. Their yellow clothing indicates that they can feel in highly complex contexts and, in turn, express this immense compassion in very simple and inclusive words.

In Peruvian cosmology, there is the Yellow Path. This refers to a very important initiation that Q'eros pass on to their fellow human beings with great reverence.

Would you like to learn from Peruvian shamans and the YELLOW PATH?

It is the path of sunlight and the original connection between man and nature. CELEBRATE RUNA with Angel Herrera and Raul Apaza, who comes from a renowned family of healers.
