Many people dream of cracking the "code" on social media and going viral. What lies deeper behind this widespread desire? Is it really just about being seen and making money automatically?

In the digital age, "going viral" means that information spreads globally at lightning speed, reaching millions of people. However, the concept of going viral has its original roots in nature, in our biology, and in the human body.

Last month, Ángel contracted a virus that initially caused some alarm, paralyzing parts of his face. At the hospital, we learned that this phenomenon is currently occurring more frequently than usual. The virus disrupted our daily routine for a while. However, because it wasn't contagious, we were still able to hold three major events (RUNA and the third module of the SONQO CACAO COURSE) as planned. same same but different – Not quite as planned, or rather, not quite as usual: These SONQO events were indeed somewhat different and brought forth new, very welcome structures. Today, we are even grateful for the virus. However, our gratitude does not mean that we would wish it on others in the future. Certainly not! But if we begin to read and describe our situation neutrally, like a scanner (or observing as in meditation), then suddenly interesting and highly relevant COLLECTIVE transformation themes emerge.

From a biological perspective, viruses are an ancient phenomenon. Regardless of whether certain subgroups believe in the existence of a particular virus while others do not, the crucial factor for the actual impact of a virus is that it can spread, at least as a topic of conversation, because even as a topic of conversation, it has a transformative effect on our mindset and our habitual structures.

Going viral in the digital world and the outbreak of a virus in the physical body have one thing in common: they are catalysts for impending changes that will not only A PERSON not affect, but the entire HUMANITY, or at least larger subgroups of humanity.

Instead of viewing a virus as a mere threat, we could see it as a harbinger, an opportunity to renew humanity and the world. This collective transformation occurs within the realm of community, togetherness, and heartfelt connection, in a compassionate "we." Seen in this light, the body of an individual can serve as a medium for the collective, allowing a virus to reveal a deeply rooted issue (a defunct yet highly normalized structure) that affects us all. It is as if the body enters the world stage to embody and explicitly showcase the phenomenon of collective transformation and the emergence of shared consciousness.

For all the suffering a virus can cause, once its collectively transformative information becomes clear, that is PRESENT being a virus is also a GIFT .

IMPORTANT: Whenever something in everyday life no longer goes as usual or as planned, the mind immediately intervenes. SEEKS the one thing, namely Security and support from the outside. But the heart loves the diversity of all possibilities, so that from within it it can serve precisely that possibility which is meant to be right now.

When nothing or much of everyday life becomes impossible, it's time for a turnaround, a return home, to receive guidance and direction from the heart. One possible path inward is the simple

"Things we're used to aren't possible right now – so what exactly is possible right now?"

This question leads to a resource-oriented approach to accepting the current context. Often, completely new possibilities then open up quite naturally.
